“Appealed to Deputy Commissioner Pulwama to personally look into the matter”

Pulwama,08-Aug: The residents of Gudoora village of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday accused the district administration of subjecting them to inconvenience due to the dilapidated condition of the link road from the house of Ab Hamid Thoker to the main road.

The dusty condition of this stretch makes it hard to commute through this place while in the event of rain, the road turns muddy and slippery, making it impossible to even walk or travel, using a two-wheeler,” said the locals.

The patients, women and students are suffering badly due to this so called road as it remains filled with water at many places. The bad conditions of the road not only give the commuters a tough time but it also consumes a lot of their time in reaching from one place to another, locals said

Locals of Gudoora village accuse the authorities of neglect which has resulted in the creation of huge potholes on the road. They said that they have apprised the concerned authorities on many occasions but they have never paid any heed towards their repeated pleas.

The residents now appeal the Deputy Commissioner Pulwama to personally look into the matter in order to have redressal of their grievances.
