Bandipora: In a heartbreaking incident, a fire engulfed the cowshed belonging to Bashir Ahmad Sofi S/o Ghulam Hassan Sofi of Arampora Sumbal, located in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Thursday evening.
Senior police officials confirmed that the blaze resulted in the tragic loss of eight domestic animals.
The casualties included two cows, two cattle, and four sheep, all of which were charred to death in the unfortunate incident.
While the inferno ravaged the property, the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
