Temple Gutted in Fire Incident At Zainapora; Inquiry initiated and restoration underway

The District Magistrate (DM), Shopian,Sachin Kumar Vaishya alongwith SSP Shopian, Amrit Paul Singh today visited Zainapora Shopian where Rojana temple was gutted in a fire mishap.

District Magistrate ordered an inquiry into the incident to establish the cause of the fire. Forensic team has also collected the samples of the gutted temple and police is investigating the cause of fire and lodged FIR in this regard.

District Magistrate ordered Magisterial inquiry into the incident to establish the cause of the fire and added that those found guilty shall not be spared but brought to book.

Meanwhile, DM directed Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Zainapora for immediate restoration of the gutted temple.
