Militant hideout busted in Poonch
Poonch: Security forces on Thursday claimed to have busted a militant hideout along the line of control (LOC) in the Poonch sector of the Jammu division.
An official told news agency—Kashmir Scroll that during a search operation which was launched along the line of control (LOC) by security forces busted a militant hideout.
The officer said huge quantity of arms and ammunition were recovered from there which including 1 AK 47, 09 Mag 468 rounds ( mix of steel core and normal rds), 2 x 7.62 MM pistol, 04 x Mag, 60 x Rds, 06 x Gren (04 x blue, 02 x green colour) , 02 x Bags, 02 Pouches, 01 Digging shovel, 01 x wire cutter, 01 Pull through.
The officer said search operation along the line of control is still on—(KS)
