Srinagar: At least 6 people were injured in a grenade blast that took place at the Sunday Market area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Sunday.
Quoting top police officer, GNS reported that militants lobbed a grenade in a busy Market near TRC resulting in injuries to six people.
All of them have been immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. However all are stable as they have received a few splinters.
Soon after the incident the whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
The number of injuries could rise as this information is preliminary in nature.
