Srinagar: A decomposed body was found in the Veshu Nalla near the Khudwani area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday.
Quoting official, NVI reported that some passersby spotted the body floating in the Nalla and informed the police.
He said that as soon as a police team reached the spot, they shifted the body to a nearby health facility for medico-legal formalities.
He added that the body has been kept in a mortuary until its identification is completed, while further investigation has been initiated.
