Srinagar: A woman and her two children are feared to have washed away after a cloudburst hit a village in Ramban district this afternoon.
Local news agency News Vibes of India—(NVI) quoted officials as saying that a wide scale rescue operation is underway after a woman alongside her two children were washed away by a strong water current in the aftermath of occurrence of a cloudburst in the district.
“No success has been achieved so far to locate the missing trio, even as the authorities have intensified the rescue operation in and around the affected area,” said the official.
