KUPWARA: Security forces on Wednesday busted a Terrorist hideout in Gulgam forest area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, recovering arms, ammunition, and other war-like stores.
Quoting official sources, news agency Kashmir News Corner — (KNC) reported that during a joint operation by Army’s Chinar Warriors and Kupwara Police, a search was conducted in the dense Gulgam forest following credible inputs about terrorist activity.
“During the search, one pistol, explosives, ammunition, and a large quantity of other war-like stores were recovered from the hideout,” they said.
They said that Cognizance has taken and further investigation initiated.
