Srinagar: Army personnel who were injured during gunfight between terrorists and security forces at Matergam area of South Kashmir Kulgam district succumbed on Saturday.
Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Scroll quoted top police officer as saying that army personnel who were hospitalized after receiving injuries in an ongoing operation in Matergam area of Kulgam had succumbed to his injuries.
Earlier, encounter rages between terrorists and security forces in Matergam area of Kulgam.
