Police on Wednesday said property of four absconding Militants currently residing in Pakistan has been attached under relevant law in Central Kashmir Ganderbal district.
Local news agency Kashmir Scroll quoted officials as saying that In pursuance of Government Order no.12/DM/GBL, in Case FIR No. 120/2009 2/3 E&IMCO of PS Ganderbal, Immovable property of 04 absconders who exfiltrated PoK/PAK was attached.
On 5th of December 2023 property of following absconders were attached by Ganderbal Police along with revenue authorities Lateef Khan @Sajad Son of Kishwar Khan resident of Gutlibagh ( Land measuring 13 Marlas attached Mohammad Hussain Shah Son of Aitibar Shah resident of Wayil Gutlibagh land measuring 03 Kanals, 14 Marlas attached) Wali- ullah Son of Mohammad Abdullah Khan resident of Gutlibagh Land measuring 13 Kanals attached.
Similarly, on 6th of December the property of another absconder exfilitrated to PoK/ PAK illegally namely Farooq ahmad wani son of Ghulam Nabi wani Resident of wanipora Saloora Ganderbal.

ALONGWITH Building SITUATED AT ESTATE SALOORA was attached today in the aforesaid Case.
Pertinent to mention that all the four absconders have exfiltrated to PoK/PAK for obtaining illegal arms ammunition training he said.
