Srinagar: A missing man was found dead in Tullihalan area of South Kashmir Shopian district on Friday.
Srinagar based News Agency Kashmir Scroll quoted officials as saying that an unknown dead body was found in Nalla Lar Tullihalan Shopian.
He said that soon after locals spotted the body, they informed police who have reached the spot and taken the body for legal medico formalities.
“Later he was identified as Manzoor Ahmad Mir (41) son of Ali Mohammad Mir resident of Chotipora Shopian who was missing from this morning”, he further added.
Meanwhile further proceedings in this regard have been taken up.
