SRINAGAR: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar on Wednesday forecast a partly to generally cloudy sky across Kashmir over the next three hours, with the possibility of a brief spell of drizzle or light rain at a few places.
Authorities have urged the public to remain cautious, particularly near water bodies, river embankments and flood channels, given the prevailing weather conditions. Residents have also been advised to avoid loose structures, slopes and landslide-prone areas, and to strictly follow official directions issued by the administration.
The advisory comes amid heightened concern across the Valley following continuous rainfall and rising water levels in several rivers. -(KL)
