Srinagar: Another unidentified militant has been killed in an overnight gunfight, taking the toll to 2 in Mudergham area of Kulgam district on Sunday.
Srinagar based news agency GNS quoted top police officer as saying that one more militant body has been sighted at Madergam area of Kulgam. Their identity is being ascertained.
So far 6 militants besides two army troopers have been killed in twin gunfights which erupted in Mudergham and Chinnigam area of Kulgam.
The operation in both areas are still underway, the officer added.
