About the Role
Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of production within the company, from standardization to final product delivery. The Production Incharge is expected to lead a team of professionals, develop, and implement quality assurance programs, and continuously improve processes to meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Supervise and mentor a team of professionals, including line operators, packing operators
- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the department.
- Stay up to date with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to dairy product quality and safety.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant quality and food safety standards, including HACCP, FSSAI guidelines.
- Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and minimize defects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities
- Ensuring data is being recorded in logbooks by line & packing operators

- Daily production report (Includes raw material usage, dispatch)
- Product leakage report
- Packing material usage report
- Cold room stock report
