SRINAGAR: One Person lost his life while another was critically injured in a road accident at Check Kawoosa in Budgam district on Tuesday late night.
Quoting official, news agency Kashmir news Corner reported that two persons were injured and were referred to JVC Bemina hospital for treatment in which one person succumbed to his injuries.
The deceased was identified as, 36-year-old, Ujjal Dey, son of Mahendra Kumar Dey, a non-local resident from Shankar Town, Assam, official said.
The injured person was identified as, 22-year-old, resident of Khanpora Khag, Budgam, while his condition is reported to be critical, he said.
Cognizance of the incident has been taken and further investigation is initiated.
