Srinagar: A youth was injured after being attacked with a knife in the Sopore area of North Kashmir Baramulla district on Monday late night.
Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Scroll quoted officials as saying that a youth was attacked with a sharp edged object in the Sopore area who received injuries.
He said that youth was shifted to SDH Sopore where he was referred to GMC Baramulla for further treatment.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started an investigation.
