President Jammu Kashmir United Movement and Former Legislator Ishfaq Jabbar called on Chief Secretary Atul Dulloo to discuss various issues related to public welfare and development projects.

During the meeting, Jabbar congratulated the son of soil, Atal Dulloo on his posting as Chief Secretary and hoped that his posting would pave the way for a new era of development in Jammu and Kashmir.
