The interim bail of Baramulla MP Er Rashid has been extended Till October 12, 2024.
As per the previous court order, Rashid was due to surrender on October 3 and return to Tihar Jail.
However, with the extension granted today, his surrender date has been postponed for an additional nine days.
Rashid has been facing legal proceedings and remains under judicial scrutiny in connection with the militancy funding case. -(The Kashmiriyart)
