Srinagar: In a significant move to support underprivileged communities, a free medical camp was organized today by socio-political leader Shiraz Malik at Beigh Mahalla, Bagimehtab. The initiative aimed to provide essential healthcare services to individuals who struggle to afford critical medical tests, including the Spirometry Test for asthma patients and the AES Thamati test.
The camp witnessed active participation from Dr. Masood, Aqib, Shabir Beigh, Saima, and other notable community members, who worked together to ensure that patients received proper medical attention. Speaking at the event, Shiraz Malik emphasized the importance of making healthcare accessible to all, especially those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
“Our goal is to continue organizing such camps to address the healthcare needs of the most vulnerable in our society. Everyone deserves access to proper medical care, regardless of their financial status,” Malik said.
The camp provided free consultations, tests, and medications, benefitting numerous families in the area. Many participants expressed their gratitude for the initiative, hoping that similar efforts would continue to be organized to support the community.
