Srinagar: A man, reportedly the father of four daughters, died after the tractor he was driving rolled down into a deep gorge in the Bandipora area of North Kashmir on Saturday.
Local news agency News Vibes of India (NVI) quoted officials as saying that the man died after the tractor he was driving rolled down into a deep gorge near the PHE office in Bandipora.
He added that the man was later identified as Zaffarullah Khan, son of Mohammad Yousuf, a resident of Lawaypora Bandipora.
Moreover, reliable sources revealed to NVI that the deceased is survived by his wife and four daughters, while a pall of gloom has enveloped the whole area.
Meanwhile, authorities have initiated an inquiry into the cause of the accident.
