I still remember when I first heard about this girl Uzma Irshad that she really loves writing short stories, she has a passion for literature I felt proud as when I started writing in 8th class there were few people in my area who were associated with the field of writing so the actual support was missing, even at present times also the rural level students lack this support of encouragement and proper guidance but still this girl has achieved a lot in this age by writing for the betterment of society.

Uzma Irshad, 10th class student at Syed Sakhi High school Nowshera hails from Nowshera area of Boniyar Tehsil .

Her first collection of short stories is about to get published by Vyeth Publishing house which will be available on Amazon as well as on Flipkart

While talking with her she said she is 15 years old .

“This is my first book titled The girl who found her voice. I was inspired by my own thoughts, imagination, and the situations I observed around me. At first I doubted whether I could write, but with the encouragement of my teacher, Syed Waqas Bukhari, and the support of my family, I was able to put my feelings on paper.  This book is my first attempt to give strength to those who feel trapped and unheard. I don’t want to share everything about myself as I believe the true power of art lies in what remains unspoken”.
