Driver rescued in injured condition as tuck rolls down NH in Digdole
Srinagar: A driver was rescued in an injured condition after a truck rolled down into a gorge in the Digdole area of Ramban.
An official told Kashmir Scroll that on Monday morning a Truck bearing registration number JK02AL 6571 on way from Jammu to Srinagar rolled down into gorge at Digdole.
He said that in the incident the driver identified as Mohammad Arif from Chinani Udhampur received injuries.
He was rescued by timely action of police, army and civil QRT and was shifted to district hospital Ramban for treatment.
Meanwhile police has started investigation in this regard—(KS)
