Pulwama: The DDC member Tral & PDP spokesman Dr Harbakash Singh on Saturday visited several villages of Tral sub district to review the progress of developmental works and to meet some bereaved families.
In a statement, Dr Singh said that he reviewed the progress of road work from Tral to K-Koot, which is being constructed under PMGSY, and is in final stage.
Singh said that he visited Bhatnoor, Pinglish, Chan Kitar, Nahir, Khasipora, & Gadapora villages of the sub district to meet some bereaved families, and expressed condolences with them.
While condoling the death of Aashiq Hussain Shah, Flock Supervisor, Sheep Husbandry, Dr Singh said that authorities should ensure medical facilities for the Sheep Husbandry Employees & Shepherds, at upper regions, for their safety.
Flock Supervisor, Aashiq Hussain of Nahir Tral, passed away, a few days back at SMHS Srinagar, after facing health issues (on duty) at upper reaches of Tral/Pahalgam belt.
