Shopian: The District Administration Shopian, under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar, today organized a day-long seminar titled “How to Approach Competitive Examinations” at the Government Degree College Shopian. The event aimed to provide aspirants with insights and strategies for tackling competitive exams, including Civil Services.
A panel of JKAS officers, including ACR Shakoor Ahmad Dar, DPO Arshi Rasool, Tehsildar Anjum Khan, STO Sarfaraz Ahmad, BDOs Shakeel Ahmad and Gulzar Bin Rehman, DSWO Ibrar Ahmad, and CDPO Saddam Hussain, addressed the gathering. The officers shared valuable preparation tips and discussed key subjects like polity, geography, environmental science, science and technology, arts and history, current affairs, and the economy.
Dr. Nasir Ahmad Lone, ADDC Shopian, encouraged students to dedicate themselves to rigorous preparation and leverage the expert guidance shared during the seminar.
Deputy Commissioner Shahid Saleem applauded the aspirants for attending in large numbers despite the harsh cold weather. He expressed hope that the seminar would serve as a foundation for their success.
