District Administration Shopian Felicitates 10th Class Topper

Shopian: An encouragement to the 10th Class Topper, the District Administration Shopian today felicitated Owais Amin of district Shopian who has bagged first position in recently declared results of 10th Class Board Examination by securing 500 out of 500 marks.

Owais Amin was felicitated by the Additional Deputy Commissioner Shopian, Mushtaq Ahmed Simnani during a felicitation ceremony held in his Office chamber wherein he was honoured with certificate of excellence and a cheque of Rs 5000 as a mark of encouragement for his future endeavours.

Chief Education Officer, Shopian, Mushtaq Ahmed, besides father of the student was also present on the occasion.

While interacting with the meritorious student, the ADC congratulated him for a brilliant performance which resulted in his remarkable success. The ADC hoped that he would inspire other students also to work hard to excel in their studies and academic careers.

Further, the role of the teachers, parents and guardians in his achievement was also appreciated.
