Baramulla: Authoritues Seems to be deep slumber Commuters and Drivers from different areas expressed anguish. Residents of Haritar Amberpora area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district said that the Haritara Amberpora road which connects the tow Districts, Ganderbal and Bandipora with Baramulla District is in very dilapidated condition at Amberpora due to which commuters and Drivers are facing difficulties.

However, the local Sarpunch blamed that authorities have failed to undertake macadimization process in these roads over past many years

A Driver namely Tufeel Aziz while Talking to Global News Network said, “we live like in stone age, when somebody is ill, we have take him on our shoulders as vehicles not come here as the condition of the road is very bad, women and students are suffering badly due to the shabby road as it remains filled with water at many places”.

During dry spell, dust engulfs the whole area. During rains, this road completely turns into a muddy drain. It becomes impossible for people to walk on it.

And people also told that the bad condition of road become a nuisance especially during Rains.

They appealed R&B department and Deputy Commissioner Baramulla to intervene into the issue and make immediate redressal of their problem
