Jammu: Casualties are feared after a bus carrying yatris (pilgrims) fell into the gorge after an alleged militant attack in the Reasi district of the Jammu region on Sunday.
Local news agency GNS quoted official sources as saying that suspected militants targeted the attack on the bus near Chandi Morh following which driver of the vehicle lost control over the bus and it fell into the gorge.
While a rescue operation has been launched, the number of casualties was not immediately known.
“There are casualties, the number is not immediately known, and will shared soon, the officials added.
