Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday Organized the Volleyball Tournament under its Civic programme Spring Sports Festival at Dak Banglow Sumbal .
The tournament was inaugurated by DIG NKR Uday Bhasker Billa (IPS), in presence of the
of Senior Superintendent Police Bandipora along with SDPO Sumbal ,Hajin and other Police ,Civil adminstration from the district.
The event started with the inaugural address of SSP Bandipora Mohammad Zaid.
Total number of 8 teams are participating in the tournament .
While talking to reporters DIG North Kashmir Uday Bhasker Billa said that main aim to organise such events is to keep the misguided youth away from Drugs,Militancy and Unlawful activities .
He urged youth to keep concentrate on their education and also take full part in sports activities organized by police ,Civil adminstration
