Srinagar: An army soldier was killed in an accidental fire on Saturday in the Rawalpora area of Srinagar district.
Quoting top police officer, GNS reported that prima facie seems that army soldier died in accidental fire, however a probe has been launched to ascertain all angles.
The soldier was part of a ROP when this incident took place.
Meanwhile, a team of police rushed to the spot and where investigating the incident, he added.
